Q & U Furniture stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage provided for furniture purchased through our store.

Warranty Coverage

• Structural Warranty: All furniture frames carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Upholstery: Fabric and upholstery materials are covered for 6 months against defects in workmanship.
• Hardware: Hinges, handles, and other hardware are covered for 1 year.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
• Items damaged due to extreme conditions
